Cocoon is my little oasis, a laboratory where I experiment with what nature gives us.

I grew up in a family-owned hairdressers in a small town in southern France, where I spent my holidays when I was very young. Hairdressing was my summer job, and that's where it all started.

I learned the trade in various salons in the cities of Perpignan and Montpellier, but my curiosity later led me to Paris and then to Barcelona, where my professional identity has been forged and I’ve been able to display my creativity in a way that more respectful toward our health and the planet.

I finally decided to open my own hair salon in Barcelona. In my space, plants reign and give us answers. I practice responsible consumption of cosmetics: you will not find oxidation dyes (with or without ammonia, bleaching...), permanents or straightening, keratin or any other treatments. My work instead focuses on cutting hair and using plant-based colouring, and I use natural products and ingredients such as oils or plant powders.


HAIRCUTS

Throughout my career, I have mastered techniques to tame all types of hair and textures, helping your haircut become a part of you and require minimal maintenance:

- Curly, afro-textured and frizzy hair, with dry haircuts to give volume;
- Straight, fine or very thick hair, with very precise cuts to give structure.

Combining your style and my sensitivity allows your hair to follow its nature and find its own beauty, and makes your style unique.


COLOUR TREATMENTS, 100% PLANT-BASED

After seeing the damage caused by chemical products (allergies, hair damage and fragility etc), and being disappointed with pseudo-ecological brands, I decided to research and experiment with plant-derived dyes. I have tested their functions and properties to:

- Dye hair tone on tone.
- Give brightness and volume.
- Revitalise original hair colour.
- Treat grey hair through transparent coverage.  

I use a range of bright tones and warm colours, from light golden blonde, passing through cooper brown to intense red.
